My Summer project is coming to fruition. What started as just a fun idea has become a little bit more real. No more standing in the dark with the windows covered faffing with wooden toys, cuddly bears and an ickle sausage dog in a matchbox. Little Daub, our pop-up store for babies - age 5 is here. Think new & pre-loved treasure, wooden toys, re-fashioned shirts, a giant cuddly pufferfish, dreamy mobiles, vintage artwork, ruffle cushions & my favourite children’s books. It’s been a joy sourcing for this project. I hope it’s loved like I love it, but like any retail store it’s the customers that will tell me and I must remember it is in fact just a 3-month ‘pop'-up’. Opening 12th September.
